I believe there’s something for everyone here. Stories of personal transformation, of cities and nations…[At GTF], people have lived through it and are now sharing their stories. That actually helps you, knowing that people have gone through this journey before and have come out of it achieving something truly transformational and world-changing.
The diversity of speakers was great. You have the social aspect, the economic, you’ve got leaders. It was a really good combination – strong speakers. The whole programme has been invigorating.
A lot of the things that we do here did not necessarily originate in Malaysia. We went all over the world to get the best ideas. We benchmark against high performing companies. You have to. If you don’t do that, you might just be a champion within your own sphere. We need to go beyond that. [GTF] is part of it. We share experiences with others, other countries and we also learn from them.
I feel that GTF has achieved its goals in getting the best minds and speakers to speak about their career and life experiences, some insights about transformation, leadership.
Many of my friends and colleagues who attended said the event was great. I really enjoyed attending the event.
